1. More than 60 Six sigma and LEAN projects were performed towards improving business like cost

models, defect prevention, increased productivity, reduce turnaround time, etc..

2. Consolidation of servers and optimization of resources, reduction in batch processing of the legacy

applications, Automation of Business process dashboard to reflect sales and forecast volumes for

decision making, design of a new ticketing system with one piece flow, elimination of queues and load

leveling were few of the key areas improved with statistical validation

3. Process optimization using Value Stream Mapping (Reduce or eliminate Non Value Added activities),

PROFILE:

1. 25 years of varied areas in Manufacturing Industries and in Information Technology both in product and

project execution. Currently work in IT Industries and perform consulting in six sigma and LEAN

manufacturing in diverse areas and technologies.

2. Spearheaded Six Sigma and LEAN Implementation for the key Customer projects and to support

improvement areas internal to the organization. Includes training, mentoring, review and reporting in dollar

savings to the tune of $30 Million. 40 batches and over 70 projects mentored and certified for Six sigma

GB and BB certification.

3. Was instrumental in obtaining business for US clients through Consulting and Problem solving using 6

Sigma and LEAN tools (Business awarded to the tune of $ 20 Million)
