Dr. Promit Ray is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary data scientist, researcher, and certified career coach with a unique blend of technical expertise, scientific rigor, and strategic leadership. He is currently the Head of Data Science at CLADE GmbH in Berlin and also serves as Partner and Chief AI Officer at AIQ Europe, an organization focused on developing AI-driven solutions for business process optimization and decision-making, with a strong emphasis on AI ethics and responsible innovation.
Since completing his PhD in Computational Sciences from the University of Bonn in 2019, Promit has led impactful work across data science, computational chemistry, AI research, and product leadership, as both a team leader and an independent contractor. He brings end-to-end capability in AI implementation—from data architecture and model development to deployment, monitoring, and stakeholder alignment.
